Redondo Beach Esplanade Listings
The Esplanade in South Redondo is the last Street overlooking the Pacific. The Street overlooks the Ocean and runs from the Redondo Horseshoe Pier all the way up towards Vista de la Playa in the Hollywood Riviera.

The Esplanade is best known for its high rise condominiums which can rise as high as 7 stories. Complexes such as the Sandcastle, Riviera Shores, San Simion, Casa Bajia, Ocean Plaza, and Bolce Vite are large buildings with up to 96 units. Ocean Plaza being the oldest and tallest of the buildings.
Typically these condos have subterranean or street level parking. There also about a dozen single family homes in between the large condo complexes. Each condo unit and single family home are steps from the Ocean which presents spectacular views for the area home owners and residents.
In the recent past the larger structures have been discouraged as the city is attempting to bring a unifornity to the area homes along the resident.
