		<description>I don&#039;t use price per sq. ft. because in the South Bay homes there are not 2 homes that are the same. I would use it on a large housing tract with similar homes but we don&#039;t really have many housing tracts in the South Bay. The housing tracts that were put in in the 1950&#039;s have had many upgrades causing dissimilar homes making it hard to use price per sq. ft. for comparisons.</description>
