This site was created to aid the unsophisticated or novice real estate investor and seasoned investor in The LA South Bay. This site takes an objective look at the South Bay Real Estate market using non biased analytical tools, statistics and charting. In 2005 the Unsophisticated real estate investor kept on buying at the same time the indicators presented here were running contrary indications. Every purchase and sale of real estate must be balanced with the associated risk. Decisions on real estate investing are best made when understanding the relative risk involved. That being said we are not recommending short term buying and selling even with the additional indications given here.
